Abruzzi-born, home-trained in Italian cooking & classically trained in both French & Continental cuisines. Started at 18 years old with the original O&B, Oliver’s Original. Worked in many well-known GTA restaurants and resorts.

Marco was an original partner with the Landing group and the chef that opened Williams Landing in Liberty Village and Harper’s Landing in Oakville.

He couldn’t be happier to take the helm of our newest location Jacksons Landing in Burlington, Ontario.

Dennis Palma-Cedeño

Dennis Palma-Cedeño is the Executive Chef and original partner of Hunters Landing, located in Toronto’s Concord CityPlace community.

After successful stages in renown London and South America restaurants, Chef Dennis returned to Toronto inspired to cook from a Latin perspective; combining his culinary education with his Latin American heritage.

Chef Dennis enjoys building intense flavours through quality ingredients. His cooking is a tangible illustration of his soul and passion for excellence.

Chef Dennis’ relationship with local suppliers is at the core of his cuisine while allowing him to remain committed to serving the best, freshest and most sustainable product available. If he were a food, he would be compared to a habanero chilli; spicy, exotic and something you would never forget.
